At ether's October 30, 2026 close of $2,241.05, BitMine's 6,051,933 ether were worth $13.563 billion.
Change any input and BitMine's value per share recalculates.
The model adds up what BitMine holds, subtracts the preferred stock, divides by the diluted share count and multiplies by a premium. The defaults are BitMine's reported inputs and the scenario prices. Every per-share result is scenario arithmetic.

Everything else BitMine holds, net of the preferred, came to $436.6 million at the October 30, 2026 close.
Ethereum pays stakers new ether. It also destroys part of every fee. The three paths below change two things, the share of ether staked and the level of fees.
What a staker earns each year, in percent
Yield falls as more ether is staked. At 50 percent staked in 2031 the yield reads 2.09 percent, and at 28 percent it reads 2.79 percent, against 2.50 percent at the 36.11 percent staked on October 31, 2026.
Ether issued less ether burned, each year
Doubled fees burn more and cut the first year to 899,102 ether. The rise in staking lifts it to 1,120,414 by 2031. With fewer stakers and half the fees it drifts down to 941,314.
The yield at any share of ether staked, at the October 31, 2026 supply
The formula: yearly issuance is 166.3 times the square root of the ether staked, and the yield is issuance divided by the staked amount. Tips enter at zero, so the yield is the issuance yield alone.

Burn and tips are the trailing-twelve-month figures, scaled by each path's fee multiplier. The model counts tips and leaves out other block-ordering income. These figures use ether counts and percentages only.
